Rowwright is built so that your data stays yours. This page explains what the app and this website do — and don’t do — with information.

The Rowwright app

• Rowwright has no user accounts and sends no analytics or telemetry.
• Connection details, query history, saved queries and settings are stored locally on your Mac.
• Passwords, SSH secrets and connection URIs are encrypted with the macOS Keychain before they are written to disk.
• Rowwright connects only to the database and SSH servers you configure. Your data never passes through our servers.
• License keys are verified offline; activation does not contact us.

This website

We don’t use advertising or tracking cookies. Standard server logs (IP address, user agent, requested page) may be kept briefly to keep the site secure and reliable.

Purchases

When you buy a license, our payment provider processes your payment details. We receive your name, e-mail address and order information to issue and support your license.
